~Our services are ALWAYS 100% free of charge. We will never ask you for any sort of monetary compensation.

~We are 100% confidential. We will never post, share or discuss your name, address or evidence that we have gathered     without your signed permission.

~We believe that “once you are a client, you are always a client.” If we conduct a formal investigation and months or even years later that you still need our help, we will be there. You will always be a part of BWP. We will always be willing to take your calls and emails. We will always be open to revisiting your location and even re-investigating. Our goal is to help you.

~We have a case by case pet policy. Depending on your pets, we may ask that they are not present during our actual investigation as they may contaminate our evidence with sounds and noise. We will let you know in advance if we think it would be best to have your pets out of the location so that you can make arrangements.

Investigation Process

~ The first step of our investigation process after a request is to conduct a phone interview. One of our Case Managers or Team Members will set up at time for an in depth phone interview. This is when we can get all the information about your location, the people involved and especially the activities you have been experiencing. It usually takes at least 30 minutes.

~After the phone interview is completed, we will set up a date for a daytime walkthrough of your location. This gives us a chance to meet you in person, check out your location, go over what has been happening and gage how many team members and how much equipment we will need for the actual investigation.

~Once we decide what will be necessary for a formal investigation, we will work with you to arrange a date and time. Please know that most of our investigations last for at least 3 hours and possibly more. As we are doing this outside our own day jobs and families, we usually schedule investigations for the weekends.

~Once the investigation is completed, it usually takes the team about 2 weeks to review all the evidence–the DVR videos, voice recorders, digital photos and more. Once the evidence review is complete, we will sit down with you for another meeting where we will share with you all the evidence we’ve gathered.

~You will receive a copy of all photos, voice recordings and video recordings from our DVR, along with anything else we have.

**Please remember, regardless of what we find, or don’t find, you can always reach out to us again. We strive to do our absolute best to help our clients**
